Antilles 34 is located in the beautiful and secure park Cayman Beach, on Faure Marine Drive in the cozy coastal village of Gordon's Bay. This is also the beginning of the famous Whale Route, where you can even spot whales from the shore in the right season.
The park is quiet, tidy and well secured. You can only enter through the entrance gate, where 24/7 security is present. The whole park is fenced and located directly on the sea. With a key you can walk to the beach for a nice walk or to get a breath of fresh air.
On the park itself is a clubhouse with a swimming pool, tennis court and squash court. A wonderful place to relax or be active.
The location is ideal. In Gordon's Bay, the town of Strand and Somerset West you will find plenty of cozy restaurants where you can eat deliciously.
Opposite the park is a supermarket, a liquor store and a pharmacy. In the immediate vicinity and along the street of the park you can also find various shops, supermarkets and fast food chains, such as McDonald's, Wimpy, Nando's and KFC.
The villa is spacious and comfortably furnished and really feels like a second home. There is a large open plan living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In total there are 7 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, which makes it ideal for families or groups. In addition, the former wine cellar has been converted into an additional bedroom with 3 beds, ideal for children or extra guests; This room does not have a private bathroom. In total, the villa has 8 bedrooms.
There is also an extra bathroom with bath and a garage in the house.
Outside you can enjoy the garden with terrace and swimming pool. Whether you want to relax, eat together or just enjoy the weather — everything is there. The villa also has heating, a fireplace and ample storage space.
The area offers a lot of possibilities. A short distance away (within approx. 2–3 km) you can already enjoy activities such as golf, water skiing and beach visits. In the region there are also several wildlife parks and you can experience unique experiences such as swimming with sharks and spotting penguins.
The famous wine regions of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek are also close by and are definitely worth a visit. Here you can enjoy beautiful vineyards, good restaurants and unique experiences such as the Franschhoek Wine Tram. One of our personal favourites is Delaire Graff Estate, with stunning views and delicious food.
There are plenty of opportunities for scenic trips: Cape Point, Table Mountain and Chapman's Peak Drive — one of the most beautiful coastal routes in the world. Cape Town is about a 30-minute drive away, where you can visit the V&A Waterfront, Camp's Bay, Robben Island and Table Mountain (on foot or by cable car).
Places such as Simon's Town, Kalk Bay and Hermanus are also absolutely worth a visit. In Hermanus you can even see whales up close during the season. If you want to go a little further away, Oudtshoorn, the Swartberg Pass and Route 62 are highly recommended. A safari at Botlierskop, for example, where you can spot the Big Five, is also a special experience.
We are happy to help you with tips or put together a nice schedule, so that you can get the most out of your stay.
