Traditionally (circa 1900) this building was used as a cowshed and summer kitchen. It is built in authentic Slovak style and we have renovated it with many old materials so that the nostalgic atmosphere has been preserved as much as possible. We have made the most of the space and yet it is fully equipped. Here you can enjoy the old rustic elements that are still visible.

The large door with windows gives the feeling of being one with nature. This way you can see nature inside! Outside, there is a picnic table ready to enjoy nature and the chickens scratching around while eating. Also a mud kitchen for our smallest guests and the entire site is fenced so safe for children to play! Holiday home Ranná Rosa is suitable for 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is on top of the loft, with a unique (steep) homemade staircase to reach. The other bedroom is on the ground floor and both bedrooms have a double bed (downstairs: 1.40×2.00 upstairs 1.60x200).

The holiday home consists of a living room with open kitchen, dining room set, wood stove, two comfortable armchairs, flat screen TV with DVD player. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower.

In the early spring of 2016 we (Yvonne and Sabine van der Laan) fell in love with a rustic farmhouse in the south of beautiful Slovakia. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Booking conditions
As soon as (within 5 days) the deposit of 50% is in our account, the
reservation final. At least 6 weeks before the start of the
transfer the remainder. As soon as the full rent is in our account
you will receive directions to the farm by e-mail. State
the remaining amount, not in our account six weeks before the start,
Then you will receive a reminder to transfer the remainder
of the rent, to be paid within 3 days. In case of non-payment, the
the reservation and we are not obliged to refund the
deposit. For bookings less than 6 weeks before the start of the tour,
the entire rent must be transferred immediately.

Annul
In case of cancellation, the deposit and any remaining amount will unfortunately not be returned. Take out your own travel and cancellation insurance for this.

We do not work with a deposit but assume that our belongings are handled with care. In the unlikely event of damage to the house or inventory, we will come to a solution together. The house must be left tidy upon departure.
