We are Sabine and Yvon van der Laan, a Dutch couple who followed their dream and started a new life in the green heart of Europe. Originally we come from the colorful Bulb Region in the Netherlands, where we have lived and worked for years. But the dream of creating our own piece of paradise abroad kept calling us. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Booking conditions
As soon as (within 5 days) the deposit of 50% is in our account, the
reservation final. At least 6 weeks before the start of the
transfer the remainder. As soon as the full rent is in our account
you will receive directions to the farm by e-mail. State
the remaining amount, not in our account six weeks before the start,
Then you will receive a reminder to transfer the remainder
of the rent, to be paid within 3 days. In case of non-payment, the
the reservation and we are not obliged to refund the
deposit. For bookings less than 6 weeks before the start of the tour,
the entire rent must be transferred immediately.

Annul
In case of cancellation, the deposit and any remaining amount will unfortunately not be returned. Take out your own travel and cancellation insurance for this.

We do not work with a deposit but assume that our belongings are handled with care. In the unlikely event of damage to the house or inventory, we will come to a solution together. The house must be left tidy upon departure.
