Sun, sea and sand! Want to enjoy a wonderful vacation on an island paradise and stay for a reasonable price then our apartment for you! Our 2 person apartment is located on the Dutch side. Close to the sea (10 minutes walk), overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and is fully equipped. It is beautifully situated in a green area where you can relax completely. There is little traffic in Dawn Beach and you are 10 minutes away by car in Philipsburg. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a king size bed (2m x2m), living room with lounge and dining area, cable TV with US channels plus one Dutch channel, namely BVN. Free broadband internet connection with wifi. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Furthermore, it has its own entrance and parking. It is fully equipped with air conditioners, private terrace between the palm trees by sea. With any luck running the monkeys still in the backyard.

You will be welcomed by our lovely hideaway by Mark and Tina. Since 2013 we are back to St. Maarten and offer you the opportunity to enjoy also this beautiful island. We are from the Netherlands to St Maarten emigrated because of work. But we enjoy much peace, space, sun, sea and sand that we never left would like. Our house has an apartment which we rent out. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The indicated price is per night with a minimum stay of 4 nights. In addition, we also charge an amount for the final cleaning of € 50 per stay. Guests staying with us for more than a month can benefit from a discount. The payment of your stay is made through Micazu. You will receive a message from them after the reservation has been confirmed.

Additional information

Five minutes drive from our apartment you will find a secluded beach where the peace invites the turtles to lay their eggs (only about 75 young turtles could set sail). In this place, you can enjoy the beautiful (often rough) sea. Outside this quiet beach can also use the two other beaches nearby where restaurants, beach bars, a marina and water sports activities. Of course there is also the possibility to rent a sunbed and umbrella to enjoy the sun. 10-minute drive away across the French border where you can choose from a wide selection of French and Creole restaurants. If you drive it passes you on the lookout where from January to March can even whale watching. Even further, the French area, you can play paintball, canoeing, hiking or can visit the beautiful island of Pinel ($ 7 pp return by boat)
