The oldest part of the house, which has been completely renovated, dates from 1790, with thick granite walls that keep the heat out in the summer.

The house is located right next to (about 100 meters) a former wine farm (Quinta de Luou) which is beautifully situated on a hill between the vineyards. This environment exudes peace and quality.
