The main building dates from the 17th century, the extension was recently built. The living room is beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture and patio doors opening onto a large veranda, ideal for long al fresco dinners. All 6 bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom.

Outside you will find a well-maintained garden with lawn, hazelnut trees, orange and cherry trees, several terraces for sunbathing and enjoying a local wine and a private swimming pool. There is a barbecue as well as a games room with table tennis, table football and a pool table. A delight for both adults and children.

There are several fun activities to do in the nearby area, such as horse riding in the mountains, water sports such as rafting on the Minho River. Paredes de Coura is only 6 km away and has good cafes, restaurants, supermarkets. A smaller local shop can be found 1 km away. You will find an excellent golf course at Ponte de Lima.

Main house first floor: Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a covered balcony. Living room with armchairs, fireplace, satellite television, DVD player and music system. French doors to a covered balcony. Small reading corner. A few steps take you to three bedrooms with single beds, all with en-suite bathrooms and patio doors to the balcony. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the valley. You can reach the swimming pool via a staircase. There is a covered terrace with tables and chairs in the garden.

Guest accommodation: a double bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Each room has its own entrance.
Outside: sun terrace, lawn, flowers, private swimming pool (12 x 6.5 m and a depth of 1.45 - 2.20 m). Outdoor shower, perfect barbecue area (covered), games room.
During the mid and low season it is possible to rent only the main building (max. 8 people).
