Upper floor: Master bedroom with ensuite shower room and freestanding bath. Balcony with beautiful sea views. Two bedrooms with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. You also have sea views from these bedrooms. Bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and sea view.

Outbuilding with double bedroom and loft with two extra beds better suited for children. Bathroom with shower and toilet. French doors give access to a large terrace, partly covered by the typical Portuguese Bougainvillea.Games room in old distillery:
In this old building you can still see the times of yesteryear in the wooden bread oven / pizza oven. In this play area there is a billiard table in the large living room. You can enjoy beautiful views of the sea here on the wooden deck!

Garden:
Large mature garden with lawn, beautiful barbecue area. Private swimming pool of 12 x 5.5 meters, depth of 1.10 - 2.20 meters. Space to park the car on site.
