Ground floor: fully equipped spacious kitchen with door to the BBQ and garden. Spacious living/dining room with very comfortable seating, a table for up to 12 people, satellite TV, DVD player and music center. Guest toilet. 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and patio doors to a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Douro valley.

Upper floor: bedroom with ensuite shower room and balcony. Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower and a balcony. The master bedroom has a sofa bed for 2 children or 1 adult.

Outside: Spacious lawn surrounding the rectangular swimming pool (10 x 4.5 metres).
At the pool there is a shower, barbecue and a spacious fully equipped games room.
