Villa Caminha is a very beautiful villa, well located, in the beautiful area of Caminha, in an elevated position that has beautiful views over the sea and the Minho River. There are several beaches, all a short distance from the villa. The vila is very well equipped with beautiful, bright spaces. The interior has been tastefully decorated, with great care, in a relaxed, yet elegant style. The villa is equipped with all modern facilities: the kitchen is very well equipped and connects to the living room with patio doors leading to a large terrace ideal for dining. The spacious lawned garden offers guests many lovely corners where they can sit outside and enjoy the spectacular views over the ocean. The villa is just a 60 minute drive from Porto and Vigo, Spain. This villa is located in a very central location: only 2.5 kilometers from Moledo beach and close to the train station. Caminha is only 1.5 kilometers, and has good restaurants, cafes, bars, beautiful promenades, nice markets and a beautiful boulevard along the Lima River. The villa is only a 30 kilometer drive from the beautiful and historic town of Viana do Castelo, which is famous for its ancient monuments and long sandy beaches. The basic amenities such as a supermarket, shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. Additional services are available upon request, such as a chef for a traditional Portuguese dinner, wine tasting, etc.

Ground floor: there is a spacious living/dining room, which is the connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. There is a partly covered private swimming pool, which can be heated (on request, at an extra charge), a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a second living room with a comfortable seating area and access to the garden.

First floor: There are three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Each of the four bedrooms has patio doors, which open onto a large terrace with beautiful views over the sea. 1 extra bed can be added for a surcharge of €75 per booking.

Outside: the garden is very well maintained, there are several terraces and beautiful sun loungers. The terrace is perfect for al fresco dining. The private swimming pool is 10x5m, and there is ample parking available.
