This beautiful villa is suitable for 12 (11+1) people and is located just 500 meters from the beach. There is a private swimming pool, a table tennis table and a beautiful garden with a swing and slide for the children. The villa is located on the Troia peninsula, south of Lisbon. Lissbon is located 45 minutes from the villa.

On the ground floor there is an open plan living area with dining table and chairs. There is also a TV room with a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has a balcony overlooking the pool. There is also a shower available downstairs.

First floor: this consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Furthermore, 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed where an extra bed can be placed on request. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower.
Outside: A private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters with an outside terrace which is equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is a table tennis table and outside shower. In the garden there is a swing and a slide for the children.
