Our holiday home has a beautiful view over the Atlantic ocean and the mountains. To get to the house you have to walk a bit (about 100 meters) with height differences and therefore not suitable for wheelchair users and people with mobility problems.
It is located close to the main roads to hiking areas, the beach and the port of Calheta. Near the house there is a gym, supermarket and a coffee bar.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is cozy with 2 sofas and a TV. On the ground floor there is 1 bathroom with toilet and shower. On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms (3 x 2 persons and 2 x 1 person) and a bathroom with toilet and shower. In the garden you can relax in one of the hammocks and garden chairs.
In short, everything is there for a nice holiday.

We are Antonio and Jeanette. 40 years ago we met here in Madeira, on Antonio's birthplace and on Jeanette's holiday destination.
Now, many years and visits to Madeira later, we have been able to realize our dream of getting a piece of 'our' island and we are the proud owners of this house in the sun.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wants to cancel the rented object on the agreed date for whatever reason, he must notify the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rent must be paid. In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. After that, the full rental amount is due.

Casa Pestana Ferreira is located about 45 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes walk from a small supermarket, 3 minutes walk to a coffee bar and 15 minutes walk to Pukiki (cocktail bar). A number of levada walks start nearby.
