The house faces south. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and of the city of Calheta, located on the hills. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with only local traffic.
Around the house there are 3 terraces: one terrace of about 50 m2 adjacent to the living room. Located on the south and with a super view of approximately 180 degrees.
An east-facing terrace of approximately 16 m2 and a west-facing terrace of 35 m2 where the car can also be parked. East, west and north border banana plantations. The accompanying garden on the north and east are nice but small. The fourth terrace is covered lower and is of about 50 m2. It is south facing and borders the garden of about 500 m2 and is accessible.
The living room and the open kitchen are located on the south terrace. Sliding doors give access to the terrace here. The surface area is approximately 50 m2. The kitchen has ..... equipment. The luxurious sitting room has 3 sofas and a footstool. The dining room table can also be set up as a partial computer workstation. The living room has a small sound system with 2 Kef speakers and a computer connection to the TV. There is no subscription to content, but you can activate your own content provider there. (Ziggo, UPS Netflix and the like)
The office is located on the east. It has a narrow sofa bed and can also be used as a baby or children's bedroom. Here, a digital nomad can work in peace.
The north hallway leads to the two bedrooms. Each of 16 m2 . The accompanying bathroom is approximately 10 m2. This has a walk-in shower, 2 sinks, toilet and pissoir. The bedrooms have 2x1 king size bed with bedside tables. Also a chair. The sliding door to the outside is equipped with a mosquito net.
There is an extra guest toilet, utility room with sink, washing machine and dryer. In the case of long stays, they can be used yourself, but in the case of a short stay, the Portuguese house.... do so on request.
Technically, the house is equipped with solar panels that control the hot water supply and electricity.
The wifi is available throughout the house. There is an ethernet connection in all bedrooms and of course in the office.
If desired, the baker will come by in the morning around 8 o'clock with fresh bread. Indicate in advance that you want to use this, otherwise it will drive on.
