The house faces south. A beautiful view of the ocean and of the city of Calheta located on the hills and with the beach on the ocean.
Around the house there are three terraces, one on the south with this super view of approximately 50 m2 and on the east of approximately 16 m2 and on the west where the car can also be parked of 35 m2 East, west and north border banana plantations, The accompanying garden on the north and east are nice but small. Our slightly lower south-facing garden is 500 m2 accessible with a large covered terrace of 50 m2.
The living room and the kitchen are combined on the south terrace, sliding doors are access to the terrace everywhere. (Just like with the other terraces.) Approximately 50 m2 with well-appointed appliances and luxurious sitting room. And a dining room table that is also set up as a computer workstation.
In the hallway is an extra guest toilet and the presence of utility room with washing machine and dryer, for long stays they can be used yourself, but for short stays the Portuguese house mistress will do so on request.
The office is located on the east right. Which can also be used as a baby or small child bedroom. There, a digital nomad can soak in peace.
The north corridor leads to the two bedrooms of 16 m2 with corresponding bathrooms of 10 m2. For 2 people each. The sliding door to the outside is equipped with a mosquito net. This is necessary when leaving the bedroom door open at night because of the local insect traffic.
Technically, the house is equipped with solar panels that control the hot water supply and electricity. The wifi is available throughout the house. And there is an Ethernet connection in all bedrooms and of course the office.
The living room has a small sound system with Kef 3 speakers and a computer connection to the TV, There is no subscription to content, but you can activate your own content provider there. (Ziggo, UPS Netflix and the like)
