Villa Caldeira is located in Azoia between the Arrábida Natural Park, the city of Sesimbra and Cape Espichel and is ideal for lovers of nature, sun and the outdoors. This villa offers everything guests need to relax and enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

Inside: In a large room you will find the sitting area with sofa bed for 2 people, a dining table with chairs and a spacious kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with double bed (180x200) and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (150x200). Bedroom 3 has two single beds of which 1 is a drawer-bed. There is another separate bathroom with shower.

Outside: A private swimming pool of 8x6 meters and 1.8 meters deep that can be heated. There are sun loungers around the pool. There is an additional covered area with a dining area, additional fridge, table football and another bathroom. There is a large lawned garden, enough space for the whole family to relax and have fun and enjoy the sun and pool.

Flexible arrival:Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are acceptable.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- Pool heating (not available from November 1st - March 31st)
-Air conditioning
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Security deposit: € 800
- Booking fee: €35

Optional to book, on request:
