Villa for 9 people with private pool and garden, surrounded by pine trees located in the exclusive Golf Resort Quinta do Peru, 30 minutes from Lisbon. Beautiful beaches are located 15 minutes away. The national park "Serra da Arrabida" is located a short distance from the villa and numerous visits are possible in this beautiful nature reserve. The old fishing village of Sesimbra is also easy to reach. Here are wonderful fish restaurants to enjoy the Portuguese "Cataplana" and many other fish dishes, beaches, and a fish market. It is also very easy to visit Lisbon. This capital has a lot to offer in terms of atmosphere and culture. But the old Portuguese atmosphere can also be found nearby in Setubal. This city has hardly been affected by tourism and here you can, for example, eat well and cheaply.

Ground floor: living/dining room with spacious and modern open kitchen which is well equipped.
1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed and a single bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
First floor: there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. 1 of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi bath.
Outside: The garden gives privacy to the guests and space for the children to play. There is a large terrace around the swimming pool (9 x 4 m) where you can relax and sunbathe. There is a pergola with garden furniture, a dining table and a barbecue so you can enjoy delicious outdoor meals. There is space for 3 cars to park.
