Sesimbra is a beautiful Portuguese town 30 kilometers south of Lisbon. Sesimbra is, as it were, embraced by a mountain range. If you come over the ridge of this mountain range, you have a fairytale view of Sesimbra with its fishing port and its beautiful beaches. A beautiful boulevard runs along these beaches where it is always pleasant. In Sesimbra there are numerous restaurants where you can eat delicious food for little money. Our apartment is built against the mountain range and is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The view is overwhelming. From the spacious balcony you look out over the bay, the town with the fishing port and the beaches. From the road at the rear of the complex you can access our apartment via a staircase of 8 steps. You can park there for free, the parking spaces are not allocated. The apartment is suitable for two people. It has an area of 65 m2. It was completely renovated in 2023. It has a beautiful spacious living room with a semi-open kitchen. The new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an induction four-burner hob, a built-in washing machine, a refrigerator with freezer and a combination microwave. There is also a beautiful view of the sea from the kitchen. The living room has a dining area with four chairs. The seating area is furnished with two comfortable two-seater sofas. There is a separate TV corner with a comfortable two-seater sofa. The living room has an air conditioning unit. The apartment has one spacious bedroom with a double bed of 200cm x 180cm and a very comfortable mattress. There is a beautiful built-in wall cupboard. The beautiful bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower with a built-in rain shower set, a toilet and a double washbasin. All windows in the apartment have electrically operated shutters. The balcony is accessible via a glass facade, spanning the entire width of the living room. There is also a sea view from the living room. The balcony is 6.00 m wide and 1.75 m deep. It is furnished with a dining table with two chairs and two lovely relaxing armchairs. The balcony is equipped with an electrically operated drop-down awning over the entire width.
