The villa is located a short distance from the Lagoa de Albufeira beach, which is divided into two areas, the beautiful and quiet lagoon, ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing or diving, and the Atlantic Ocean area, which has good waves, for people who want to learn to surf, and a huge sandbank that is wonderful for long walks.

Flexible arrival: Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always contact the Amarante Villas team to ensure your desired dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Use of the Internet

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit: €70 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Reservation costs: €35
- Heating mandatory from 15.10 to 15.04: € 10 per day

Can be booked optionally, on request:
- Pool towels: €5 per person per stay
- Cold air conditioning: €10 per day
