Villa Alvares is a modern 4-bedroom house with private pool, spread over three floors. This villa is the perfect place to enjoy the nature reserve "Arriba Fossil Nature Reserve". And to make use of water sports; to watch breathtaking sunsets; or to play golf, in one of the most famous golf clubs in Europe.Villa Alvares is located just minutes from some of the best beaches in the south of Lisbon. This sunny house is ideal for enjoying the fantastic climate of Portugal.

Ground floor:Open plan living and dining area. In the living area there is a sofa and armchair. The dining area consists of a dining table with chairs. In the separate kitchen, which is fully equipped, there is a bar table with bar stools. In a separate room there is an office.
1st floor:Bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom.
Outside:Private pool: 7 m x 4 m. A spacious garden around the pool with terrace, dining area, sun loungers and a barbecue with outdoor kitchen.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note:
- Groups of young people are only allowed after consultation with the landlord.

Flexible arrival:Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are acceptable.
The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)
The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Damage insurance: €70 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35
Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool towels: €5 per towel per stay
- Air conditioning: €100 per week
- Heating: € 175 per week (mandatory from mid-October to mid-April)
