Casa Tulipa

Quietly located (but not isolated) near the town of Penela, the owners offer apartment Casa Túlipa, suitable for 4 people. 
The apartment,  floor area 150m2, is fully equipped, very fully furnished and offers everything for a perfect stay. The apartment has its own entrance at the back of the villa. The staircase leads to the first floor via the stairwell. Through the entrance door you enter the kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is  spacious and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher and various kitchen appliances. On one side of the stairwell you will see sitting room 1 with three-seater sofa, armchairs, coffee table, bookcases and hi-fi equipment. There are patio doors leading out to the balcony with stunning views of the Serra de Lousã.
From this room you enter bedroom 1 with a double bed, armchair, chairs and a spacious built-in wardrobe. You will also find bathroom 1 here, with double sink, shower, toilet and bidet.
On the other side of the stairwell you will see sitting room 2 with three-seater sofa, armchair, coffee table, chaise longue, cupboard with smart TV, DVD player and VCR. There is a cupboard with board games, DVDs and videotapes. Here too there is a double door to the balcony where you have a beautiful view of the Serra da Lousã. Furthermore, in this room is also the door to bedroom 2, with two single beds, chairs and spacious built-in wardrobe. Here you will also find bathroom 2 with double sink, shower, toilet and bidet. In a separate room next to the kitchen you will find the washing machine, ironing board, iron and cleaning supplies.
Of course there is wifi in the apartment. There is also sufficient kitchen, bed and bath linen available and the apartment is cleaned weekly and the linen is changed. 

The door at the bottom of the stairwell leads to the upper terrace with seating area. A staircase leads to the (partially) covered lower terrace with dining table and bbq. From here you have access to the garden/vineyard and the swimming pool.

Casa Túlipa is located between Lisbon and Porto (an hour and a half drive from both airports) in the green heart of Portugal and only a 20-minute drive from the beautiful old university town of Coimbra. It is the perfect base for those who want to explore this part of Portugal, which has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. The surroundings of the Serra da Lousá are also called the Tuscany of Portugal.  It is one of the most beautiful and varied regions of the country with wooded hilltops, green valleys and the beautiful beaches of the Costa Prata. Discover the many warm, crystal clear rivers and river beaches.  Meet the friendly locals, taste the surprisingly tasty meals and wines in the local restaurants and continue to be amazed by the low prices. The beaches and various interesting sights are less than an hour's drive away.
