We could have breakfast right away, that was already taken care of. Lovely quiet location with a fantastic view in an area where there is a lot to see. I would say; Go and enjoy it too

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Tulipa for two weeks. The apartment is wonderfully spacious and really everything is there. The view is beautiful. In the area you can take beautiful walks and there are plenty of opportunities for fun trips. Josephina and Herman are very friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back again.

What a great villa in a beautiful location! We have never had such a nice holiday! Everything was right. The combination of tranquility in the villa and more than enough entertainment in the area is perfect. Our three children aged 5, 8 and 11 also had a great time. Due to the spacious layout of the apartment, there is more than enough space inside. The stay is very clean and tidy. In addition, everything you need is there. Outside, the pool is accessible via a gate. That's handy, because the youngest doesn't have a swimming certificate yet. In the left part of the pool it is not so deep, so the two oldest children can easily stand there. In the evening it cools down, so that the children can sleep well. Where we couldn't get enough of the beautiful view over the valley and the hills during the day, we couldn't get enough of the phenomenal starry sky in the evening. The location of the villa really couldn't have been nicer. Dear Josephina, thank you so much for your great welcome and hospitality. We really had a great holiday! We will definitely come back again.

We had a really nice holiday at Casa Túlipa, it exceeded all our expectations and was really fully equipped.

We had a beautiful view of a valley and it was in the middle of nature.
Within walking distance there is a local convenience store where you could buy delicious baked bread rolls in the morning
In the morning we had breakfast outside and it was wonderful to stay at the pool.
And in the evening you can sit on the balcony.
By car there are in the area
many beautiful sights to visit.

The landlord was very friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful villa, attractively furnished, with a fantastic and very complete kitchen. Lovely beds and bathrooms. Everything has been thought of! You'll feel right at home. Beautiful view, lovely swimming pool with again the view and privacy. Lots to see there in the area and the beautiful large beaches can be reached within an hour. Found restaurants of high quality, also on the coast, for 1/3 of the prices in the Netherlands, glass of good wine for 1 euro! Thanks to Josephina found, a great involved hostess. Had a wonderful stay, will definitely come back next year. Didn't know this part of Portugal yet, but highly recommended for those who don't like mass tourism. Erasmus Mulder, Joyce, Marcel and Leonie.

We spent three wonderful weeks in Casa Tulipa. The house is really fully equipped, the pool is lovely and the view is fantastic. The house has no air conditioning, but that would also be unnecessary because in this region it cools down nicely in the evening. We were very hospitably received by the owner who gave us a tour of the house. Every Saturday the house was cleaned, the beds changed and the pool purified. Within a radius of 1.5 to 2 hours by car are several sights that are on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. There are excellent restaurants in the area and several large supermarkets are a fifteen-minute drive away. We can't think of any downsides. This house is highly recommended!
