Surrounded by various (fruit) trees such as olive, oranges, lime, dates and apples, the accommodation is also suitable for a yoga weekend/retreat.

4 minutes away you will find the cozy town of Arganil. Here you will find the fresh bakery, butcher, Lidl, intermarché and various boutiques and shoe shops.

The space
The accommodation is cosily furnished and fully equipped. A well-equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms and with the spacious veranda you can find a nice spot in the sun or in the shade everywhere.

Guest access
Our guests have access to all areas and the accommodation offers several seating areas to enjoy the sun or shade at any time of the day. The upper floor is completely empty and is still on the schedule to be converted into a residence for 14 people. This is now closed.

We are Jolanda and Piet and we recently acquired Casa Toupeira to enjoy during our retirement. We have 9 grandchildren that we like to go to Casa Toupeira with. We have made the house as suitable as possible for young and old. During the time that we are not present, we would like to make it available to you so that others can also enjoy our house.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
