Welcome to Casa SuasDuas, a beautifully renovated detached villa in enchanting Central Portugal!

This spacious detached house on the edge of the village is spread over 2 floors and offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. With 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room and a beautiful spacious kitchen with a cozy fireplace, we offer all amenities for a wonderful home feeling and enjoy the beautiful garden with its own fruit trees.

This spacious house, suitable for 2 to 8 people, is rented entirely to one group/family, so you don't have to share anything with strangers. Enjoy the privacy and exclusivity of the entire house for you and your loved ones. The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms. Three bedrooms are master bedrooms with wonderful double box-spring beds, ideal for a good night's sleep.

The fourth room has comfortable single box-spring beds, specially designed as a children's room. The villa is located in the picturesque village of Vila Cova de Alva, surrounded by the breathtaking Alva River. This place is a true oasis of peace.

Here you can enjoy the enchanting river beaches such as Coja and Avo, where you can relax amidst the natural beauty. In the village itself you will find a cozy café and a local shop, while Coja, Oliveira de Hospital, Arganil and Tabua are within a 10-20 minute drive. In these villages and towns you will find the bakery, butcher, Lidl, intermarché and various boutiques. And if that's not enough, historic Coimbra is only 45 minutes away!

We are Dorothea & Erwin. In 2022 we bought this house and lovingly (partly) renovated it into what it is today. We live on the other side of the mountain.

Life here, where the sun usually shines, is characterized by lush nature, authentic atmosphere and serene tranquility. It makes us happy every day.

Arrival and departure days:

Free arrival and departure days: min 7 nights in July, August and September min 5 nights in other periods.

End-of-stay cleaning:
Final cleaning to be paid on spot (mandatory): 60€.

Departure before 10 a.m.

You are entitled to a 75% refund up to 90 days before arrival and a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the nights booked will not be refunded.

If you leave early, the remaining nights will not be refunded.
We advise you to take out travel/cancellation insurance for certain cancellation reasons in order to receive a full refund.

Go aqua hiking in Gois. Enjoy this beautiful "walk", jump, climb and zipline through the river.

There are several long-distance walks in the area and directly past the house. Before you know it you are on the mountain in the middle of nature. Beautiful!

No beach in Central Portugal? Exactly! quite a lot in fact, around every corner there is a river beach or beach. Some are small and intimate and others are larger with terrace and water sports rental. Something for everyone, you can really enjoy the water here.

Cycle downhill on the Ecopista do Dão. A cycle path only for cyclists over an old railway line. 49 kilometers enjoy beautiful and changing views of mountains, forests and rivers.
