The large garden with richly flowering plants and associated scents, the refreshing private swimming pool and the cool house... everything helps you sink deep into a relaxing zen feeling. And if you are more of an enterprising type, there is a lot to see in the area. Count on maximum enjoyment of the pure Portuguese life.

This romantic Vivenda Oliveirinha is located in the small village of Azival near Coimbra, Viseu and the Estrella Mountains, not far from the large Aguieira reservoir and of course the Atlantic Ocean.

You can enjoy lovely walks in the immediate vicinity.
Wake up relaxed in the morning in peace and quiet. Have breakfast at the edge of the pool and in the afternoon doze off in a lounger with a good book. At the end of the day, enjoy a barbecue with fresh fish and a good glass of wine and watch the sun set.
In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful starry sky by the outdoor fireplace with a glass of port.

Vivenda Oliveirinha has been a beautiful cottage with an adjacent holiday home for about ten years. We, Bram and Ton, took over from the previous owners Daniël and Fien at the end of October 2023. Daniël and Fien have enjoyed the paradise and the guests they received there all these years. We hope to continue this with just as much enthusiasm and passion in the coming years and look forward to seeing you!

Explanation of prices

The prices include electricity and gas, use of wireless internet (WiFi) and swimming pool, free firewood, weekly clean linen, cleaning once a week during your stay.

Beach towels are also provided.

The final cleaning costs €50.
The deposit is 30% of the total rent.
This is the confirmation of the reservation and must be paid within 3 days of the rental request.
We would like to receive the remaining amount 6 weeks before you arrive with us.
Regular cancellation costs:
Up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rental amount (the reservation amount).
Less than 6 weeks before arrival 80% of the rental price.
In the event of non-cancellation or non-occupancy or partial occupancy of the accommodation, 100% of the rental sum applies.

Finally: we have done everything we can to pay attention to safety. Despite this, we can never be held liable for accidents. Your stay at Vivenda Oliveirinha is therefore entirely at your own risk.

Even during the high season we do not have fixed changeover days.
