The holiday villa is 2.5 km from Arrifana beach - famous for surfers - and 3 km from Monte Clerigo which has a beautiful wide sandy beach. You can walk and cycle here with fantastic views of the Atlantic coast. Having lunch with fresh fish and a sea view is also part of it (and is not expensive). Within walking distance of the villa there are 2 restaurants, a cozy bar and a mini supermarket.

The holiday villa is spacious and arranged as follows: Upon entering you enter a cozy, very spacious living room, consisting of 2 seating areas. At the front is a large kitchen with cooking island and cozy dining table. After the living room you enter a long corridor with 3 spacious double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the pool there is a separate shower and toilet. Around the house is a spacious garden with a terrace by the swimming pool and a pergola under which you can enjoy a pleasant meal. There is also a garage where you will find the washing machine. The house is equipped with WiFi, DVD player, Nespresso coffee machine and many other conveniences and mood makers.

Next to our house there is a beautifully overgrown terrain so that you are completely free outside. In the evening you can enjoy the pure fresh air, the crickets and the starry sky. Experience it and you will naturally become enthusiastic about this wonderful place.

Casa Rinsma is our family home in the West Algarve. We are a family with 3 daughters and live in Amsterdam. Our holiday villa has been furnished with care. The garden and the terraces look cozy. Because we think it's a shame if the house is empty, we are looking for nice tenants who want to enjoy our house with respect. We do not rent out our house for longer periods.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

CANCELLATION
a. If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email.
b. In case of cancellation between 8 weeks and 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, 40% of the rental price is due. If the tenant cancels the rental agreement from 4 weeks until the start date of the rental period, the full rental price remains due.
c. If we have been able to rent out the holiday home again for the same period, you will receive a refund of the amounts paid.
d. We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance.

Additional information

Included in the rent are the use of the washing machine, the sheets, pillowcases, duvets, hand and tea towels, bath towels and beach towels. It is not allowed to use the beach towels outside the home. You are requested to leave the house uncluttered without washing dishes, waste or fireplace remnants and having collected the beds. If the key is lost, 30.00 euros will be charged. You are welcome from 3 pm on the day of arrival. The house must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure. The tenant is liable for damage to the rented property, including damage to or loss of (part of) the inventory, caused during the rental period, unless the tenant can demonstrate that the damage to him, his family members or guests cannot be attributed. If defects occur in the home, the tenant must immediately inform the lessor. The landlord is not liable for accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur during a stay in and around the home. The landlord is also not liable for the loss of personal property or valuables.

From Faro airport take the A22, follow Portimao and then Sines / Aljezur. You will arrive on the N120 and just before Aljezur you will see a sign with Vale da Telha. follow the road you pass through Vales and keep right just after the village. then enter Vale da Telha until the roundabout and take the 2nd turn on the right. drive on and note the numbers at 30 is the house.
