About the holiday home

This recently completely renovated house, located between the picturesque Estoi
and Santa Barbara de Nexe, is a true haven of peace. The house offers the perfect
Balance: away from the hustle and bustle, but still everything within reach. With full
privacy, a large south-facing terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden, this is
The ideal place to relax. It has various luxurious amenities,
such as private parking, air conditioning in every room, a washing machine
and a heated swimming pool.

The space

The holiday home has recently been completely renovated and offers a modern, bright
eradiation. The property is accessed via a large terrace, with double
French doors that provide access to the open plan living room and kitchen.

On the kitchen side there is a hallway leading to two doors: one to
the spacious bathroom and the other to the master bedroom, where you can enjoy
of a king-size bed.

On the living room side there is a hall that gives access to the second
which is also equipped with a double bed, a spacious
sink and cupboard. From this bedroom there is direct access to the spacious
shower and toilet.

My name is Heidi and since 2016 I have been happily married to my husband Christ. After a series of unexpected twists and turns in our lives, we decided to completely change course in 2022. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Casa Telheiro cancellation policy:

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

The renter is responsible for taking out travel and cancellation insurance.
