Our unique house (212m2) is located on a hill near Santa Catharina da Fonte do Bispo Completely detached on 5000m2 of private land.
Hidden behind the road, the villa has spectacular views over the rolling hills and miles of coastline and ocean.
An intimate setting with a fantastic panorama.
And maybe you want a fish from the grill? On the front terrace you will also find a brand new BBQ.

The new kitchen is full of high-tech appliances.
The villa is built in split level style which gives the house a light, lively and open appearance.
There are vistas everywhere, and there are many places where you can retreat for a while.
The kitchen, dining room and a sitting area are on the same level, a few steps down is the sitting room (with large fireplace).
A few steps down you will find the 3 bedrooms each with its own terrace,
2 bedrooms have a double bed. bed and both a totally new and attractive bathroom en suite.
1 bedroom has two single beds, with a separate shower/sink/toilet.
From the dining room you can take a staircase to the loft and from there to the huge roof terrace.
From the roof terrace, the view is truly breathtaking. You can see from Olhão far into Spain. There is also a beautiful wooden table with chairs on the roof terrace so that, for example, breakfast or an evening drink allows you to take it all in quietly.
The Casa is equipped with air conditioning. Although not always necessary due to the exquisite construction of the villa. One bedroom (the smallest) needs a fan.
The spacious garden with fruit trees, grapevines, walnut trees, olive trees and many Portuguese plants has many terraces. There is always a place to be found in the sun or shade, with or without a cooling breeze.
The private swimming pool (4x8) is deep enough to swim completely. And when you float on the water, you can still enjoy the spectacular view. After swimming you can relax on the attractive wooden lounge beds.
Close to the Casa, a few minutes away, is the authentic restaurant Monte Velho, but also in the nearby Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo you will find excellent restaurants and cozy local shops.
The beautiful old town of Tavira is only 20 minutes away, the beach 25 minutes away.
The other tourist attractions such as Estoi and Lagos are also easily accessible.
In an hour and a half you are even in Seville.
Closer, directly from the villa are many hiking opportunities.
In Moncarpachio, 15 minutes away, you will already find the first golf course.

This house is just perfect - comfy, nice pool, very nice garden, one of the best view in Algarve. It's very well equipped, things you would buy yourself for your dream holiday, much better than you could expect from a rented house. It's not too far from very charming Tawira. We can't wait to come back.

Nous avons passé une chouette semaine à Casa Marja, loin de tout ..... idéal pour se ressourcer! Nous avons profiter d'une vue panoramique exceptionnelle et du calme de cet endroit retiré. La villa est vraiment spacieuse, aucun problème de place pour 6, tout confort. La réalité est encore mieux que sur les photos ;)Le contact avec la propriétaire et la manager fut très chaleureux, nous sommes accueillis comme des amis. Un endroit à visiter! Et sûrement y retourner!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Leider funktionierte dsa WLAN bei uns fast überhaupt nicht, da gibt es wohl Probleme mit dem Empfang. Die Abwicklung mit der Eigentümerin und die Organisation vor Ort war völlig problemlos. Vielen Dank!
