Casa Cavaleiro

Casa Cavaleiro is located in the town of Bordeira/Corotelo, between Loulé, São Brás de Alportel and Faro. The villa is on one level and has a driveway of cascades linked to a square, where several cars can be generously parked.
A staircase of two steps leads to the sun terrace with an L-shaped swimming pool, which slopes and has a stone staircase.

The villa has a large canopy adjacent to the sun terrace, under which you can easily sit with several people.
A traditional stone barbecue has also been placed on the sun terrace, which is used a lot, especially in the summer. Next to the sun terrace is a separate seating area with a spacious dining table and a gas barbecue under a thatched roof. Everyone can actually find their favorite spot here, in or out of the sun.
There is a beautifully landscaped garden surrounding the sun terrace and the villa. The environment truly exudes tranquility.

The house has a bright and spacious room and a well-equipped kitchen, which is connected to the room through an open arched window.

On the right you will find two spacious bedrooms linked to a bathroom with bath and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have a light color scheme, spotlights and automatic extraction. The bedrooms have box-spring beds with toppers and spacious built-in wardrobes. The front bedroom has sliding doors to the sun terrace and the rear room has large windows, allowing a lot of light to enter.

Adjacent to the room you walk one step to the third bathroom and spacious bedroom with two large windows, box-spring beds and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is also spacious and has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
You can walk to the sun terrace through a separate door.

The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove with oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer combination and an extensive kitchen inventory.
Following this there is a utility room with a washing machine. Through an outside door you enter the garden, where you will find washing lines and can walk around the house to the sun terrace.

The house is located in the Funchais district together with seven other villas, each of which is separately located.
From the sun terrace, which offers a lot of privacy, you have a view of the surrounding mountains and even a bit of sea view.

From the house you can reach São Brás de Alportel in 5 minutes by car, Loulé in 10 minutes and Tavira is about half an hour's drive away.
The beach can be reached in 20 minutes as well as the airport.

An ideal family home, from which you can easily reach many touristically attractive places and beaches.
The house has recently been redecorated.

We do not rent this villa to youth groups.

The distance to São Bras - with all its supermarkets, cafes & restaurants, banks, sports facilities, hospital, pharmacies, veterinarians - is only 3 km. Faro Airport is 20 km away, while places such as Loulé, Estoi, Moncarapacho, Olhão, Fuseta, Santa Luzia and Tavira can be reached in less than 20 minutes. The border with Spain is a 45-minute drive away and the center of the beautiful city of Seville is just under 2 hours!
