Lovely holiday villa with lots of privacy and its own private pool on 5300 m2 walled plot. This villa is perfect for families or groups of friends who find it important to be together and enjoy peace and quiet, while the beaches 30 minutes from the villa are also very accessible.

Accommodation: 10 people, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
Room: this room is an open ground floor up to the roof, 2 floors high. Not only because of the air conditioning (in all rooms) it is always pleasant to stay here, the high ceilings and the fully insulated construction always provide a comfortable atmosphere, both winter and summer. The building has underfloor heating and a wood stove. In addition, radiators are also available. The wall-high window at the front offers panoramic views over the mountains. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the building, including in the shaded area by the pool. The living space is directly connected to the kitchen. At the back of the living room access to the 2 spacious ground floor bedrooms, with the 1st bathroom in between.

Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with every comfort: stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and small freezer.
Of course, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery and small kitchen equipment are provided for the total number of guests. There is space in the kitchen to sit both inside and outside on the (semi) covered terrace for every meal. There are 10 seats. The villa has 2 bathrooms with all the necessary luxury and space. The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower with sink, towel drying rack and a toilet.
The bathroom on the 1st floor contains a corner bath with jet jets and separate shower. There is also a sink and toilet here.

Outside:
The garden is very spacious, approximately 2,000 m² is the fully fenced garden, containing the villa, outdoor kitchen and pool area. Behind it is a good 3,000 m² of orchard, only laid out in 2016 and also completely walled (albeit at a lower altitude) In this zone there are about 30 types of fruit shrubs and trees. Feel free to pick and use fruit. The Garden of Eden, there is always something ready for consumption during your visit...
The (illuminated) pool has an unusual shape, so you have a "swimmable" depth at the full length. After all, steps are in the projections.
The safety of the children has also been thought of: the swimming pool area can be separated from the villa area by a fence with a gate. The pool itself is located in the sunny, irrigated garden, surrounded by a water-permeable terrace. In the grassy area, the comfort zone has been set up: an area of about 50 m² with specially designed shade sails: let light through, the sun's rays are refracted and the wind does not really affect it. Below you can let your imagination run free.
To please the romantic souls, there is a covered pavilion at the pool, where you can dine, where you can relax or where you can close the 4 walls with a curtain and relax with a fresh wind that glides along your body... the sky is really not far away anymore ...
There are 5 classic hardwood reclining loungers with cushions. In addition, there are designer loungers for 1 person (8 pieces) and 1 for 2 people, made in oak and stainless steel, own design and manufacture.
