We offer you a comfortably furnished detached villa, with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped for two adults. A bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. We provide a baby cot on request. We also offer you a spacious family bathroom with normal and rain shower. sink, toilet and bidet. In the summer months you have cooling by the ceiling fans, in the living room as well as the bedrooms.
We also offer satellite TV with the most famous stations, as well as a wide variety of foreign channel providers and free WIFI. Ample parking and lots of outside area with of course a lovely swimming pool.
A spacious terrace on the south / west with BBQ, and overlooking the pool. A safe, hairdryer and roller screen doors are also standard features.
The villa stands on an area of 8000 m2, and is accessible via well-lit and asphalt roads. Not in the "middle of nowhere", easily accessible and yet very private. Literally on the corner of our quinta are a few catering locations. One is an original Portuguese distillery. A restaurant, and a small one. but special Café / Restaurant for "simple" lunch or dinner. Good quality and very affordable. They also have a large collection of Portuguese wines. From simple and simply good, to extra and special. Delicious cocktails and Portuguese specialties. 500 meters away is the authentic village of Santo Estevão, with summer parties and another restaurant. During the summer months there are weekends in the villages around "Festas" (dance evenings). Tavira and the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve are only 6 km away. away from your comfortable villa.
