A Casa Tavira (A Casa do Professor)

A wonderful holiday home under the Portuguese sun. A lovely house for 8 people. Stylish and warmly decorated and located in the middle of a fantastic garden with swimming pool.

The house is located in a beautiful garden of 5000 m2 where there is also a 4-person and 2-person house. Each with its own terraces and sufficient privacy. You share the swimming pool together.

All three houses can be rented together (for a total of 14 people), individually or two houses by the same group. This advertisement concerns the 8-person house. The 14-person house (A Casa do Professor), 4-person house (A Biblioteca) and the 2-person house (A Horta) can be booked via their own advertisement.

A Casa by A Casa do Professor is located in the Eastern Algarve, close to the beautiful town of Tavira, 25 minutes from Faro airport and many beautiful beaches, golf courses, nature reserves, villages and towns just a stone's throw away.

The house is located in a quiet rural area with views of the ocean from the higher parts. Everyone who visits a Casa by A Casa do Professor will be enchanted by its beautiful garden. The 3 separate houses are surrounded by beautiful mature trees and colorful plants with sufficient privacy. The enclosed garden also has a lovely swimming pool with a beautiful terrace surrounding it.

With a beautiful outside and a stylish inside, A Casa van a Casa do Professor is a special holiday home that has already made many fall in love with it.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.

Additional information

Portugal and its beautiful Algarve are a favorite destination for many. And not for nothing. Sun and sea, but also beautiful walks, golf and city trips are within reach. Delicious restaurants, cute villages and very nice people. There is plenty to do for both young and old. Extra nice is that the East Algarve is still untouched and pure. All facilities within reach, but still the pure feeling of Portuguese culture!
It's nice in the Algarve. Very nice. For young and old, for big and small. You can enjoy the many beautiful beaches, the beautiful towns, the delicious food and the fine restaurants, the friendliness of the people, hiking in the mountains and on the beaches, golfing, surfing, mountain biking or ... just nothing at all. You can do anything here, but nothing has to be done. Just read a book in the garden, beautiful beach or nice terrace... Let yourself be wounded by the colors and scents of the markets or just enjoy a refreshing drink next to each other in silence while watching all the people... After a a day in a hysterical swimming park on the way back enjoying a Portuguese grandmother on the way who drives the tractor home in her floral apron... End a nice day in the sun at one of the many lovely terraces. Swimming in the sea, enjoying the beaches, strolling through the colored alleys where you marvel at the beautiful tiles that stand out against the bright pink bourgainvillea, quickly score a fish at one of the many markets and enjoy a nice summer evening back home at your own BBQ. The Algarve is nice, very nice.
