Vila Fonte Feliz is a wonderfully comfortable holiday home in the sunny Algarve, suitable for 8 people. The house is quietly located, yet close to all amenities of the coastal town of Olhão. It has 4 double bedrooms, two of which are ensuite. In total there are three spacious bathrooms, a spacious lounge, a lovely terrace with a shaded roof and a fully equipped, cozy dining kitchen. For warm days there is a plunge pool and on cool days you can enjoy the last sun on the spacious roof terrace. The beautiful beach of Fuseta is approximately 15 minutes drive away. There are plenty of authentic restaurants in the area to make every evening a party.

Since 2023 I can call myself the proud owner of our holiday home near Olhão. We have renovated and expanded it from scratch, so that it is now a wonderful place to refuel. We are often there ourselves, but it is even more fun to let others enjoy it.
The house is quietly located, but right between very nice restaurants. Fuseta (15 minutes) has the most beautiful beach. You get there with a ferry that goes every fifteen minutes.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit
We ask you to pay a deposit of EUR 500. If no damage has been caused by you, this will be refunded within 14 days after departure. Of course we assume that you treat the house with respect, but accidents can happen anywhere. In the event of any damage, the deposit will be retained in whole or in part.
Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the deposit amount;
b. in case of cancellation from 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
Liability
The landlord cannot be held liable for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during the stay in and around Vila Fonte Feliz,   caused by any circumstances whatsoever.

Casa da Madeira in Portugal, Algarve, Loulé - villa
A (heated) swimming pool of 10x5 cm, but also his outdoor kitchen and veranda the same size as the living room. The quality of the interior is visibly high!
The dining table in the outdoor kitchen is a central point in Casa da Madeira. Cozy BBQ and after-dinner but also cooking with the setting sun, what a picture!
With a new sofa, rug and decoration, the house becomes more and more cozy.
From the open kitchen you look through the sliding door, which can be opened over the entire width, to the outdoor kitchen. The Ibiza style can be felt everywhere!
A kitchen is equipped with all conveniences: coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, airfryer, pan set, creuset pans, orange press, refrigerator, freezer, microwave / oven.
From the driveway you suddenly see the house appearing, a picture!
The house has 4 bedrooms on the ground floor on the '1st floor'. Under the terrace, next to the garage there are 2 additional spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 1 of which has a bath.
The outdoor kitchen is the central place of the house if you love the outdoors! Even a dishwasher, American fridge and bbq and its own crockery.

Who is joining here? The outdoor kitchen is what makes Casa da Madeira so cozy and inside is also outside and outside is also inside!
The sun beds are with lovely pillows. Extra beds are also available if necessary.
The outdoor kitchen and the veranda are wonderful lounge areas!
From the 2nd bedroom you have this view! The driveway is right through the rural part of our site.
The 2nd bedroom downstairs is a very pleasant bedroom with stunning views, a separate bathroom with double sink, toilet and shower.
The master bedroom is located together with bedroom 2 under the outdoor kitchen and the swimming pool. With a lovely bath, shower and double bathroom, there is also room for a cot.
Also cot and high chair available.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Only the master (located under the pool) also has the luxury of a bath.
Bedroom 4 also has its own shower and toilet. With this view, you can see the sun rise today, so you stay just a little longer.
Bedroom 5 also has its own shower and toilet. A lovely room with sliding door and screen door towards the outdoor kitchen.
Bedroom 3 is the master on the brgane ground overlooking the palm tree and also a lovely sunrise! A private bathroom with toilet and shower with double sink.
The pool room is room 6, separate from the main house but still close to the pool and the outdoor kitchen. A private shower and toilet, a wonderful vibe!
When you drive up the driveway, you actually drive through the side to the rear part of the lot. Here you enter with a small staircase through the swimming pool where there is also an annex.

Enjoy wonderful evenings in the veranda and look out to the pool!
The Portuguese bougainvillea still has to grow but the start is there!
