Vila Fonte Feliz is a wonderfully comfortable holiday home in the sunny Algarve, suitable for 8 people. The house is quietly located, yet close to all amenities of the coastal town of Olhão. It has 4 double bedrooms, two of which are ensuite. In total there are three spacious bathrooms, a spacious lounge, a lovely terrace with a shaded roof and a fully equipped, cozy dining kitchen. For warm days there is a plunge pool and on cool days you can enjoy the last sun on the spacious roof terrace. The beautiful beach of Fuseta is approximately 15 minutes drive away. There are plenty of authentic restaurants in the area to make every evening a party.

Since 2023 I can call myself the proud owner of our holiday home near Olhão. We have renovated and expanded it from scratch, so that it is now a wonderful place to refuel. We are often there ourselves, but it is even more fun to let others enjoy it.
The house is quietly located, but right between very nice restaurants. Fuseta (15 minutes) has the most beautiful beach. You get there with a ferry that goes every fifteen minutes.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit
We ask you to pay a deposit of EUR 500. If no damage has been caused by you, this will be refunded within 14 days after departure. Of course we assume that you treat the house with respect, but accidents can happen anywhere. In the event of any damage, the deposit will be retained in whole or in part.
Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the deposit amount;
b. in case of cancellation from 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
Liability
The landlord cannot be held liable for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during the stay in and around Vila Fonte Feliz,   caused by any circumstances whatsoever.
