Montalegre has an entrance hall with library and office on the ground floor, you walk through the winter sitting room to a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and several sliding doors to various terraces.

There is a bathroom with a shower and a few steps down is a bedroom with a door to the terrace with swimming pool. On the 1st floor is a bedroom with en-suite shower room and a balcony with beautiful views of the area with the sea in the distance.

There are many terraces with places to sit, eat, sunbathe and chill. In short, your only stress... is choice stress!!

I bought this farmhouse as a ruin in 1989 and have renovated it over the years. Later a piece was added and then built up. Landscaped the garden, had the swimming pool built and lived there for years with great pleasure.

It was my ZEN place. When I came home after work and closed the gate behind me, the stress fell away from me.
Now that I have a new nice place to live, I offer MontAlegre so that others can also enjoy this beautiful place.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

IMPORTANT:

* There must be at least 1 week or a maximum of 2 days between bookings. If that is not possible, please contact us before booking.

INCLUDES:

* The rental prices include; 6% VAT, electricity, water, sheets, towels, kitchen towels, MEO-TV with internet and 10€ per A/C unit per week. There are meters on the A/C units, in case of additional consumption this will be deducted from the deposit.

* For stays of 2 or more weeks, a small cleaning with a change of sheets is included 1x p.w. Wash towels yourself. There is a washing machine.

NOT INCLUDED;

- Deposit of 250€ and final cleaning of 125€. These must be paid in cash upon arrival in Montalegre .

- Tourist tax, at 2€ p.p. for the first 5 days of the stay. This can be settled in consultation with the Deposit.

- Beach towels (these can be rented at 5€ per towel per stay),

WINTER RENTAL:

* When renting in winter (from November 1 to April 1) for one or more months, special LOW rates apply! Ask for a quote and conditions.

* For short bookings in the winter period (1 November to 1 April), the cost of pellets for the pellet burner is borne by the tenant.

CANCELLATION:

* If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
