Come and enjoy this renovated Quinta with extension, a nice mix of traditional with modern.
South facing with views of the tropical garden with swimming pool and several covered terraces from all rooms.

Montalegre has an entrance hall with library and office on the ground floor, you walk through the winter sitting room to a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and several sliding doors to various terraces.

There is a bathroom with a shower and a few steps down is a bedroom with a door to the terrace with swimming pool. On the 1st floor is a bedroom with en-suite shower room and a balcony with beautiful views of the area with the sea in the distance.

There are many terraces with places to sit, eat, sunbathe and chill. In short, your only stress... is choice stress!!

I bought this farmhouse as a ruin in 1989 and have renovated it over the years. Later a piece was added and then built up. Landscaped the garden, had the swimming pool built and lived there for years with great pleasure.

It was my ZEN place. When I came home after work and closed the gate behind me, the stress fell away from me.
Now that I have a new nice place to live, I offer MontAlegre so that others can also enjoy this beautiful place.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
