Centrally located in the Algarve, between Porches and Armação de Pêra in the pleasant holiday village “Quinta das Areias” with only 1-storey apartments and a few villas. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a private roof terrace of 33 m2. You can have a delicious breakfast in the sun on the south-facing sun terrace adjacent to the living room.

The apartment has a shared attractive swimming pool surrounded by a relaxing garden. In the immediate vicinity and within walking distance you will find a supermarket and typical Portuguese restaurants, pizzerias and even a 2-star restaurant for culinary enthusiasts. The several beautiful beaches of Senhora da Rocha and Alporchinhos are 800 meters away, further several beautiful beaches and a 10-minute drive away is the legendary beach "Praia da Marinha" with the Benagil caves further away. You can also discover the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve with boat trips and fishing boats.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit €300 to be paid together with balance no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

During the winter period, electricity must be paid extra at € 0.20 per kWh.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
