Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The entire villa is air-conditioned. The extra costs for the air conditioning are 25,00 Euro per unit/week.

Between November 1 and March 1, offer prices apply based on a stay by 2 people and a minimum of 2 months excluding energy costs.

1. Payment terms

in euros by deposit or payment on:
30% of the total amount to be paid upon reservation
remainder: 70% of the total + Deposit (200 euros) to be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival

2. Cancellation

In case of cancellation on your part, the following cancellation costs are due:

in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the day of arrival: 30% total rental price;
in case of cancellation from the 6th to the 4th weeks before the day of arrival: 60% total rent;
in case of cancellation from the 4th week before the day of arrival: the entire rental price.

3. Deposit

When paying the last installment at Casa Jachmaar you will be asked to pay a deposit of Euro 200. If no damage is caused by you during your stay, this deposit will be returned to you immediately after your stay. In the event of damage, the costs for replacement will be settled.
4. Liability

Landlords do not accept any liability for the consequences of any damage.
accidents during your stay at Casa Jachmaar in Paderne, Portugal, caused by any circumstances. We advise you to take out a solid travel and cancellation insurance
