This luxury villa has been lovingly designed to the most exacting contemporary standards and is furnished with bespoke furniture, art and technology in keeping with modern luxury living at the highest level. The villa has a beautiful view over the sea and has direct access to the beach from the garden.

The villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms in the main house and 3 en-suite bedrooms in the guest house and is built over 2 levels.
Villa Premier has a secure driveway and there is ample parking at the front of the villa. The generous main entrance with the Italian arched door opens into the expansive open plan living/dining room with 180 degree sea views, with a Baby Grand Piano and access to covered "Alfresco" dining areas. This area is suitable for internal dining if required and equipped with fully integrated entertainment systems. The covered terraces with professional gas BBQ feature beautiful dining tables and enjoy panoramic views over the twinkling lights of the local fishing boats at night. The living room has a full Sky package available, Blue Ray and Bose sound system. There is a guest toilet off the hall.

The spacious kitchen has been designed to the latest technology and includes with a breakfast bar and grill facility. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge and an American fridge/freezer, 4 wine coolers, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven, steam oven, electric oven, large cooker with gas burners, kettle, toaster, juicer, and Nespresso coffee machine.

Adjacent to the open plan living/dining area is a double bedroom with a walk-in dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The bedroom has a spacious view of the sea.

The entertainment area on the lower level can be reached via the main staircase. There is a sitting area with full package Sky TV, DVD player and a Bose sound system with iPod connection. Fully equipped state of the art gym with 100" plasma TV with CD/DVD player. Next to the Gym there is a bathroom with shower. A pool table and a bar make for a unique and socially active space. Hidden in a cupboard there is a small kitchen with fridge/freezer and ice machine.
There is also a utility room with 3 washing machines and 3 tumble dryers, iron and ironing board. All with views over the pool.
Four bedrooms are located on this level: The Gold suite, with a double bed and private bathroom and a plasma TV,
The spacious African suite with a unique motorized glass ceiling that opens at the touch of a button so you can bathe under the stars in true James Bond style. Double bed and dressing room. 2 additional suites, both with a double bed, are individually designed and enjoy extensive audiovisual technology.
Outside, the classically designed rectangular 16x6m infinity pool is built using the finest Italian Bisazza tiles which glisten in the sun. The pool has a motorized cover and can be heated.
Rest for a while at the pool bar or at the underwater bar stools or relax in the poolside jacuzzi.
Numerous sunbeds are available, as well as 2 double beds, one with a permanent shade. A spacious wooden deck provides more than enough space for lounging in a mature garden with manicured lawns.
View of the pool, there is from the guesthouse. The lounge has a plasma TV with basic MEO, a DVD player and a Bose sound system.
On the ground floor there are 3 suites, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. All bedrooms have TV.
The villa is fully air-conditioned. Wireless internet available in all areas.
The villa is located on top of a cliff overlooking the ocean and the boundaries of the property are really on the edge of the cliff, so for security reasons we recommend not stepping outside the enclosure. At the edge of the cliff there is a public narrow path that is sometimes used by intrepid tourists.
