Casa Lusitania is located in a quiet residential area in Olhos d'Agua, a 10-minute drive from Vilamoura and Albufeira. Ideal for friends or families looking for a relaxing holiday. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. The villa has a large swimming pool with an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. Inside it is luxuriously furnished and equipped with WiFi and fully air-conditioned/heated. A spacious open seating/dining area. Shaded terrace overlooking the pool. 5 minutes walk to supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy


If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
*We only rent to families and not groups of young people.
