Casa da Azenha, is my home during the year and is located on a piece of land where in the back (150 meters away) there are 2 more houses (Casa Verde and Casa Dourada) that I also rent out. All houses completely private, only the driveway and pool are shared. The house is available during July and August to experience a wonderful holiday.
The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Odiaxere. It is located in the western part of the Algarve and is easy to reach about 45 minutes from Faro airport by car.
It is a quiet village, but there are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants to relax and enjoy the sunset. There is a supermarket, a butcher, a bakery and there is a market every day where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruit and fish. The house is ideal for people who love peace and nature. Yet the house is not secluded and is within walking distance of the center.
The best thing about this house is the lovely veranda on the north, so nice and cool in the summer, with the beautiful view of the mountains of Monschique. Furthermore, it is fully equipped and you can occasionally cool off in the pool. There is a Bulthaup kitchen with Boretti gas stove and all appliances are available, there is a large bathroom with a rain shower and almost all windows are equipped with mosquito nets, so that when it cools down in the evening you can open all the windows against each other.
