Casa de Arte has recently been renovated and is a romantic guest house for 2 people, situated in the former art studio of the previous occupant Jeannette. Everything in this cozy cottage is located on the ground floor. Adjacent to the bedroom you will find the ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bright and sunny kitchen has sliding doors and a dining table. Casa de Arte has its own entrance with a lovely private terrace at the front, comfortable chairs, a dining table, a designer outdoor shower and 2 sun loungers for the ultimate holiday feeling. In winter there is a lovely wood stove. There is air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. The TV has NPO and a number of commercial TV channels such as RTL and SBS6. And there is stable WIFI via fiber optic internet.

Our estate is a total of 4 hectares and we rent out 5 guest accommodations on our property. The quinta is a romantic Portuguese holiday farm in the Eastern Algarve, near the village of Moncarapacho and the beach of Fuseta. At the outdoor pool with a large terrace and a long dining table you will find sun loungers, nice seating areas and an honesty bar. A paradise for couples, families and winter visitors who love relaxation and freedom in a friendly environment.

We are Rob & Marga. In Amsterdam we ran a b&b on a beautiful houseboat. Rob also worked in logistics and Marga was a communication trainer and teacher. We have been living in the Algarve since 2007 and from March 2011 on our atmospheric holiday quinta. Hospitality is of paramount importance to us, but we also respect everyone's privacy. Our guests have all the space and freedom on the estate and we are nearby if you need us.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The booking becomes final by transferring 50% of the total amount to us within 1 week after the reservation. You transfer the remaining 50% 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. The final payment must be made 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. We are an official rental company. If you cancel, there is no refund of the amount already paid. We will provide an official invoice that you can submit to your insurer.

From 1 November to 1 April there is a special discount if you book more than 3 weeks. We offer the 4th week, following these 3 weeks, free of charge. If you come for more than a month. Then the special winter discount applies for that entire period. We then calculate that.
