Casa Martins is located in the hamlet of Assumada, just outside Loule. From the pool terrace and barbecue area there is a beautiful view over the mountains. Due to its elevated position, there is usually a welcome breeze. The living/dining room has a log burner, ceiling fan, patio doors leading out to the garden and pool area and there are mosquito nets on the windows.

- Groups of young people are only allowed after consultation with the landlord.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are acceptable.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Damage insurance: €50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking)
- Tourist tax: €84
- Booking fee: €35

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
