This luxury villa has 7 bedrooms and is located a short distance from the sea and beach, making it the ideal holiday destination for those looking for luxury, space and comfort with peace and quiet. The villa is just a 5-minute drive from Carvoeiro in the west Algarve and a 15-minute walk from the amenities at Rocha Brava.

The villa has beautiful sea views and you can follow the sea and walk to various beaches along the local coastline. Benagil beach is approximately a 20 minute walk away and has been named by the British newspaper "Guardian" as one of the world's most beautiful natural wonders, with its beautiful sea caves. You can book boat trips to the caves to discover them from the sea side. Both the elderly and children love to explore this beautiful coast.

Vivenda Carvoeiro Deluxe is an air-conditioned villa with sea views and features a 10m x 5m heated swimming pool, surrounded by terraces, lawn and gardens. The villa is set on a large plot that is fully fenced and with ample parking for at least 5 cars. There is enough space in all bedrooms for baby cots and possibly extra z-beds. The villa is furnished to a high standard with air conditioning, hairdryer and safe in the bedrooms.

Ground floor: There is a lounge with a seating area around a fireplace and TV and patio doors leading to the shaded terrace. The dining area also has access to the shaded terrace which is located near the fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor of the villa there are two bedrooms, a spacious bedroom (yellow) with shower that can also be used as a guest toilet. There are two sets of patio doors leading to the pool terrace and the shaded terrace.
At the other end of the villa next to the dining room is a twin bedroom (purple) with en suite bathroom with shower over the bath. This room also has two sets of patio doors leading to terraces.
First Floor: At the top of the stairs, to the right is a twin bedroom (red) with en suite shower room.
There is also a spacious double bedroom (grey) with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to a shared balcony.
To the left of the stairs down there is a small hallway to a double bedroom (green) with patio doors to a private terrace and also patio doors to the terrace, this bedroom has an en suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. The shared terrace on the first floor has a lounge set and you can enjoy beautiful sea views.

Dependance: Near the main entrance there is a private suite which is wheelchair friendly. This is a spacious room, consisting of a double bedroom, sofas, TV, small kitchen with cupboards, fridge freezer, sink. There are patio doors leading to a small table and chairs as well as the large pool terrace. The suite has a private bathroom with shower and double sink. This makes the suite ideal for grandparents, for example, who like to retreat from time to time and have their own privacy.

Outside: There is ample parking outside. Vivenda Carvoeiro Deluxe has a stone gazebo with a large table and chairs and a nice barbecue. Directly under the gazebo is a refrigerator and sink for food preparation. The gardens offer many opportunities for guests to find their own space. There is a 10m x 5m heatable swimming pool with a waterfall that can be turned on/off if guests wish. The swimming pool has both a Roman staircase and a ladder. The villa is perfectly suited for a large family or group of friends to relax and have fun.
