Villa Milo, luxury villa with private pool near Albufeira and GuiaVilla Milo is a beautifully architecturally designed villa, situated in an elevated position and set on a very spacious plot with views over the surrounding vineyards and farms. The villa is located within easy reach of Albufeira, Guia and the beautiful beaches of Gale, Sao Rafael, and Albufeira, all of which are ideally suited for families and children.

Guia has become famous in recent years for its excellent selection of restaurants and is best known for the local specialty "Chicken Piri-Piri", an excellent chicken, traditionally grilled over charcoal and marinated in a spicy sauce. The popular and lively center of Albufeira is just a five minute drive from the villa. The older part of this former fishing village has retained much of its original charm and you will find an excellent selection of bars and restaurants as you wander the narrow cobbled streets. The challenging Salgados golf course is located approximately 5 km from the villa and a great selection of golf courses in the Lagoa area are approximately a twenty minute drive.

Dining room and fully equipped kitchen with all modern facilities such as dishwasher, steam oven, microwave, oven, toaster, etc. There is a laundry room with washing machine and a second fridge. Bedroom with double bed and a separate bedroom. Family bathroom.

First floor: Master bedroom with double king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom with en-suite shower room. Double bedroom with bathroom with sauna for 4 people.

Outside: There is a large lawn to the front of the property with attractive flower beds and there are spacious terraces around the pool, with shaded living and dining areas to escape the heat of the day. The private pool measures 10 x 5 meters and has Roman steps. Nice sun loungers around the pool and a barbecue.
