Casa Bela Vista is a beautiful and quietly located holiday home for up to 5 people near the coast and very centrally located in the Algarve. The house has been owned by Dutch owners since September 2022 and was newly furnished at the time. It is located on a botanically green hill and has a beautiful panoramic view over the nature reserve (Salgados), the golden dunes, the blue ocean and beautiful rocks. The house has a fantastic roof terrace (60m2) with BBQ, dining tables, sunbeds and lounge set. The roof terrace offers complete privacy and has sublime views. Adjacent to the living room is a large balcony with the beautiful view, a smaller dining table and a sofa with cushions. The house is located on a small-scale, green and quiet Quinta da Saudade estate. Casa Bela Vista is located higher up the hill, in the green and far from the road. You can enjoy the peace and quiet, while still being very close to many sights.

Quinta da Saudade is an authentic former estate around a farm, where 25 holiday homes have been built on the hill. The Quinta is often rated as a unique place to enjoy and unwind. The holiday home is located in attractive and well-maintained gardens with many flowers, palm, almond, olive and orange trees. It is an oasis of peace with 2 beautiful swimming pools, a children's pool with small playground, tennis court, mini golf, table tennis and petanque. The former farmhouse is now a good Portuguese restaurant with a very good price/quality ratio.
There is also a riding school (cavalosquintadasaudade.com on the site in the valley). The horses can be ridden through the nearby dunes and, if it is not crowded, on the beach. There are horses for beginners and experienced riders. For golf enthusiasts, the popular Salgados golf is only 1 km away. The extensive, golden beach Praia Grande de Pera is 800 m from the Quinta. The beach is about 3 km long from Galé to Armação de Pera, and even in the middle of summer there are large parts of the beach quiet. On part of the beach, nudist recreation is allowed for the enthusiasts. In the vicinity there are also numerous smaller beaches among the beautiful rock formations. The Quinta is 12 minutes from the old town of Albufeira and 45 minutes from Faro airport. While you stay in peace at the Quinta da Saudade, there is a lot to do in the vicinity. This is a great combination. Many guests come back often.
Casa Bela Vista has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an excellent double bed. The other bedroom has excellent 2 single beds. The living room of 23 m2 has a door to the spacious balcony. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle. The washing machine has a separate cupboard outside the kitchen. The villa has air conditioners in the living room and in both bedrooms. The air conditioners are also heated in winter and there is a wood burning stove. The house has good high speed Wifi, Dutch TV, Smart TV (with youtube and Netflix for your own account), satellite TV with multiple European channels. There's also an HDMI cable for playback from your laptop. The holiday home is cleaned 2x a week and is equipped with bed linen, towels and tea towels. Bed linen is changed weekly. You only need to bring your own beach towels. In the months from October to March, the electricity and wood used will be charged. We want our guests to feel at home and have a pleasant stay in our house and at the Quinta. During your stay at the Quinta there are very helpful people for you at the office right in front of the old former farmhouse (now restaurant). Here you can go with all your questions about the house, about the Quinta or about activities in the area. They can also arrange transport for you here (e.g. taxis).
The changeover day is on Saturdays from the beginning of May to the end of October. This means that, in principle, bookings take place from Saturday to Saturday, i.e. whole weeks. In consultation, we may be able to be flexible.
