The villa consists of an upper floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have an adjoining private bathroom. On the lower floor, there is a separate apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

All bedrooms have a double bed, and one of the bedrooms also has an additional single bed.

Each bedroom has a Smart TV with Netflix. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.

There is a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV offering free multilingual channels and Netflix, a large lounge sofa and a fireplace.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the spacious veranda and terraces, including an outdoor dining area and barbecue facilities.

The kitchen features a large refrigerator and separate freezer, two electric ovens, a steam oven and a microwave. It also has a Bora cooktop, dishwasher, kitchen island and large windows overlooking the gardens and the patio lounge area.

The covered patio lounge offers a large dining table and a comfortable outdoor lounge set.

Air conditioning is available throughout the villa.

The villa has a separate, enclosed children's play area with a trampoline, swings, slide and climbing playhouse. There is also a separate enclosed grassy area specifically for dogs.

The villa is situated on a 5,000 m² private plot, offering plenty of privacy, beautiful countryside views and spectacular sunsets in the evening.

The entire property is fully fenced and has an electric entrance gate.

The villa is suitable for groups of 2 to 16 guests. There are also 3 baby cots and 3 high chairs available.

Within a 15-minute drive, you will find two water parks, Aquashow Park and Slide & Splash, as well as a large shopping centre. Several golf courses are located nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car.

The nearest beaches are only 10 minutes away, while restaurants, a supermarket and café-bars can be reached within approximately 5 minutes.

Faro Airport is approximately 40 minutes away.
