The glorious Quinta Pedro sits proudly on top of a hill overlooking the Pestana Golf Club's Gramacho course and just a short drive from Carvoeiro, with extensive shops, restaurants and numerous sandy beaches. It was originally a farmhouse and is set in extensive grounds with lawns and wide terraces. The pool is located in a sheltered spot at the back of the villa, surrounded by a large terrace, good quality sun loungers and dominated by two established palm trees. A number of renovations have recently been completed, including a brand new kitchen and bathrooms, new beds and mattresses, and new furniture throughout. There is a large, open plan living/dining room, a modern kitchen, a games room and even a separate bar area which has retained its retro feel. From the dining room doors open onto a large terrace with extensive views over the golf course. This is the perfect setting for a family holiday. It should be noted that the tennis court has some places that need maintenance, so may not be suitable for keen players who are used to immaculate courts, but it is great for casual, fun tennis games.
