In July 2018, this two-bedroom apartment, originally built in 2004, was completed after a thorough renovation under the auspices of StudioArTe.

During the renovation, the original floors were broken out and replaced by a modern tiled floor with underfloor heating.

The two bathrooms, the air conditioning units, the lighting and the complete interior have also been renewed.

The spacious 4-person apartment with the appropriate name Ocean View is located in a prominent location in the center of Carvoeiro and has breathtaking views from both the living room and from the bedrooms and from the balcony.

The distance to the beach is only about 100 meters; Sunbeds and umbrellas are rented on this beach.
Since all facilities are within easy reach, you do not need the car in princpe during your holiday.

The 100 m2 apartment (excluding balcony of 15 m2) is characterized by light, luxury and comfort.

However, you have to take into account that the apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties, because the entrance of the apartment is only accessible via a staircase.

In the parking garage under the building is a very spacious parking space available, but given the location of the apartment you do not need the car during your holiday: beach, supermarket, restaurants, terraces etc. are within walking distance of the apartment.

In the summer months there is live music every night until about 11.00 pm and lots of fun at the nearby square.
