This holiday villa with private pool and 3 bedrooms can accommodate 6 people, located in the Algarve countryside, in Estrela Montes, near the picturesque Boliqueime. The rural, south-facing location, between vast fields full of almond, orange, carob and olive trees, but with the airport, interesting cities, villages and beautiful beaches within a 15 to 30 minute drive, offers peace and space.

Quinta Oliveira is a luxurious semi-detached villa that has recently been completely renovated. The accommodation consists of a living room with access to the garden terraces and a swimming pool of 4 x 12 meters, a luxury kitchen with all modern conveniences, 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. There are lovely sunny, spacious terraces with plenty of privacy and a private swimming pool overlooking an orchard with olive, almond and orange trees.

All spacious rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating for the cooler winter months. The upper living room has a wood-burning stove and offers beautiful views over the valley with the sea in the distance.

Final cleaning costs €200

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

The reservation is only final after a 30% deposit has been paid.

Deposit
Payment of deposit before arrival, with the 2nd ^deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 300 euros.
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment for any damage may be required.

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rental price;
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can enter the villa after 4:00 PM and must vacate the villa before 10:00 AM; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.
