The villa is located on the edge of the Bemposta district, an ideal and quiet location 3 km from the nice harbor and town of Alvor. Portimao is 5 km away as well as the beautiful Praia da Rocha beach. Praia do Vau is 3 km away. Also recommended is Praia dos tres irmaos in Alvor.
In Portimao there are many shopping opportunities and a visit to the popular village of Ferragudo, which is located opposite the Marina of Portimao, is highly recommended.
In the villa there are two large bedrooms on the first floor, the largest of which has 2 single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 and the other 1 double beds. bed of 1.80 x 2.00. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and balconies overlooking the pool. There are also air conditioners in both bedrooms.
From the living room and the terrace you have a view of the swimming pool. There is also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. There is also a kitchen in the villa, which is separate from the living room and where all necessities, such as oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave are available.
There are plenty of chairs on the terrace and in the outdoor kitchen. Around the pool there are 4 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas. The pool is not fenced and varies in depth from 0.80 to 2.40 m, so we assume that the tenants can swim. We do not take any responsibility for this. The pool is a saltwater pool, which is more pleasant for the skin. There is also an outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
