At Casa Delfim, a former quinta, we rent out two holiday homes together (Casas Azul and Casa Verde) or separately, fully equipped, sleeps 8-10 people. The quinta consists of three houses, we (the owners) live in a third house (Casa Amarela) and are your contact person during your stay.
Ideaal for lovers of nature who are looking for a place to completely relax and enjoy the feeling of 'home'.
Casa Verde
Casa Verde holiday home is a detached cottage with open spaces, fully restored into a traditional holiday home, with 2 bedrooms, shuttered windows, white walls, high thatched ceilings, tiled floors and a tiled balcony on the first floor.
At the back, you can enjoy the tranquility in the courtyard, swimming pool and barbecue.

The houses are simple and all renovated with typical Portuguese materials, which preserve the original style of rustic Portuguese houses. Enjoy your stay in our casa, in one of the three (or all) holiday homes. The courtyard offers total privacy, relax in our patio and enjoy the peace, the sun and the pool.

Walks in the area
Take a walk to Santa Margarida and enjoy the village and the rural views. Santa Margarida has two cafes/shops where you can buy small groceries for your daily needs.
You can make beautiful walks in the area. Rocha da Pena, a nature reserve where you can follow different hiking trails, 10km from our house.
In Alte at 2km, you will find a nice supermarket with everything for your daily shopping, fresh bread, fresh vegetables, delicacies, vegetables, drinks, a butcher's department and many foreign products. In the center of Alte there are a few cafes.
The café (pastelaria) Agua Mel, offers a wide range of pastries, typical in Portugal, fresh orange juice, but also local jams and liqueurs. Good service and free Wi-fi. Also try a "Tosta" (toastie), made of Portuguese bread, tomato, melted cheese, delicious!
In Alte there are some nice little shops where local handicraft products are for sale, for example the House of Soap, where soaps are made with local ingredients, such as figs, carob, orange and honey which gives a very original scent to the soap. Alte is a small village, considered by many to be the most typical village in the Algarve, with their whitewashed houses, windows and facades with colourful edges, ornate chimneys and an air of tranquillity.
