Casa Selva is a cozy holiday home (semi-detached) located in the nature park. The walks of the Rota Vicentina can be started here.
The cottage offers a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom. The cozy living room has a kitchen and beautiful views over the fields towards the sea. In front of the house there is a private terrace equipped with garden furniture.
You have a relaxing view and enjoy the sounds of the cowbells and the sound of the sea. There is an area surrounding the farm with flower cultivation and there are several small agricultural activities nearby.


The sea and nice small beaches can be reached within 2 km, as well as the village of Rogil (Aljezur), where you can enjoy delicious food, nice terraces and where you will find a delicious bakery. There is also a supermarket, gas station, ATM and a daily fresh market with vegetables and fresh fish.
The larger beaches of Aljezur and Odeceixe are 10 minutes by car, where there are good surfing opportunities. In short, a fantastic place for an unforgettable holiday!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If we receive the booking through Micazu, we will send you a confirmation with our terms and conditions.

Reservation and payment
  • Deposit of 30% to finalize your booking.
  • The remaining amount no later than 1 month before arrival.
  • The deposit no later than 2 days before arrival.
The booking is final when the deposit has been paid. 
The payment of the rent is arranged by Micazu, except for the cleaning costs, the deposit and any additional costs, which we ask to be transferred no later than 2 days before arrival.

Security
A deposit applies to all rental periods. The deposit will be returned to you after checking the property. Any damage will be deducted from this, you can recover these costs from your travel insurance. 

Annul
You may have to cancel your reservation for certain reasons. Cancellation must be made in writing. The following amounts will be charged in case of cancellation:
  • Cancellation in the period up to 1 month before arrival: your deposit of 30% is the cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation in the period from 1 month before to the date of departure: you pay the full amount as stated on the reservation.
 To reimburse these expenses, you must take out cancellation insurance. 

Details
  • Upon completion, the rented property must be left complete and in good condition, as you found the house. Defects or defects will be deducted from your deposit on the basis of replacement and/or repair costs.
  • After checking and cleaning the house, the deposit will be returned to you by bank.
 In unforeseen situations, the manager decides.

We work with seasonal prices. If you want to rent for a longer period of time during the winter months, you can contact us directly.
We rent out our own houses, but we also provide the rental service for other owners. You are very welcome!
